Lovely friendly welcome. Accessible lift for me & my mobility aid to reception. A bit disappointed that all the tables in the restaurant were booked for dinner. We were able to eat on the patio but it was right next to the passing traffic. Room had a fabulous view. (I paid for an upgrade). Bathroom could do with a decent walk in shower.

First time we stay there.
This is not really what I would describe as a boutique hotel.
Beautiful location. Right by the lake.
Nice friendly team. It has a reputed restaurant that we however did not try (was fully booked when we tried).
Rooms can use a serious upgrade to get an additional ⭐️ or even ⭐️ ⭐️.

Beautiful boutique hotel on the waterfront

This is a wonderful boutique hotel with a delightfully helpful and attentive staff and a wonderful restaurant (get reservations). The waterfront is beautiful, with convenient access to the CGN port for boat rides. It is a long walk from the train station (10 minutes), that is a steady and fairly steep downhill going to the hotel (obviously uphill getting back to the station). If you're a decent walker, I wouldn't consider this a show stopper if you've packed light, as the hotel is worth it. Otherwise, just plan ahead for a taxi or Uber. Breakfast was included and the rates are very attractive compared to other nearby cities (Geneva and Lausanne). Highly recommend. Great AC, great views with the sunrise, sunset, moon on the lake, great restaurant and overall service was top nothc.

Love this city and the area. The hotel is nice and staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is odd around the city, but in lots near the water or a big underground garage a few blocks away should be good.
