“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of delicious options each morning. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us with arranging shuttles and transportation. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”

It's in a great location very close to the train that takes you to Zermatt. There isn't much else in the neighborhood except a few restaurants. The property is clean. The room was fine. The shower was great! Breakfast was very good. I didn't see any "spa amenities" so I can't speak to this at all.

My daughter and me stayed here for 1 night, after travelling to Täsch on the train from Geneva Airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as the Hotel had an excellent Breakfast, and all the staff were very helpful. The Hotel was also in a great location for the train to Zermatt & Visp.
The only issues with the room were the lack of aminities in the room, as there was no tea or coffee making facilities, and the fact that we couldn't close the curtains properly.
Apart from that, I would definetly stay at this Hotel again in the future.

The hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful, but the breakfast staff was rude and unfriendly. The windows didn’t have drapes for blackouts.
