In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CHF 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Please note that Livingdowntown has no reception. There is a check-in machine at which guests need to register and pay and then they will receive the room key. The office is open daily from 09:00 to 18:00. Guests will be provided with an emergency number, should they require assistance outside of these hours. Please note that basic cleaning is offered once a week. If you would like to arrange for additional cleaning services, please contact the property. Please note that cash payment is only possible upon prior arrangement and for arrivals between 09:00 and 18:00. Please note that an additional charge of CHF 50 will apply for check-in outside of the scheduled hours or late check-out.
