This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Premium Apartments by Livingdowntown in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of CHF 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Livingdowntown Premium Apartments has no reception. There is a check-in machine at the house number Weststrasse 146, where you have to provide your booking number, your passport or ID number, and a credit or debit card for payment. After completing the registration and payment procedure, you will receive your room key. Please note that the photos are only examples of a specific room type. Parking spaces must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability. Please note that private parking is not possible after check-out. Please note that cash payment is only possible upon prior arrangement and for arrivals between 09:00 and 18:00. The office is open daily from 09:00 to 18:00. Guests will be provided with an emergency number, should they require assistance outside of these hours. Please note that there is no daily cleaning service at the property. For longer stays, basic weekly cleaning will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be booked on site at a surcharge.
