We had a very nice stay at Lemon House. The cottage had 2 big bedrooms, a living room and kitchen with excellent amenities. The location is excellent, close to the main area of Patong, yet in a quiet location. We highly recommend Lemon House as superb value for money.

Unclean Rooms and Serious Pest Problems

I would not recommend this hotel.
The rooms had a strong smell of mold, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Hygiene and maintenance appeared to be poor, as there were numerous cockroaches and mosquitoes throughout the property, including inside the rooms. This created an unpleasant and unsanitary environment.
Overall, the condition of the hotel did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness and comfort. I was very disappointed with my experience and would not stay here again.

Bad management

This is a very disappointing experience. They discriminate against visitors based on who gives the highest tips. The place is full of elderly people who often create problems, as the rooms are very close together, and you can't even have a conversation during the day. Furthermore, the owner is unprofessional and cannot handle the situations.

already the 2nd time - and I will come back for sure

already the 2nd time I stayed in this lovely not so big resort.
Lemon house is located close to Nanai Road, perfect if you love the more original Patong but really quiet and cozy.
All villas are with big rooms, separate kitchen and big veranda where you can sit, talk and enjoy with friends

A gem in the rough

We took Lemon gh only the last 3 nights of our stay and were disappointed that we didn’t know about this absolute diamond in the rough. Super clean,quiet ( except for a family with 2 naughty unruly girls who scream above the top of their voice) and comfortable
We had unit 1 direct left when one enters the property which has nice tinted windows as well. A working bathroom,with plenty of hot water and very clean. The kitchenette is seperate and equiped with all one needs and a big fridge. A pity the fridge or another small bar fridge wasn’t in the room itself,but only because one is spoiled and forgets the water at night.
Bed very comfortable with nice pillows and a big good working aircon ( a setting on 24 degrees was still to cold for my gf)
Excellent wifi,laundry available onsite and a real family affair guest house
The veranda was lovely and one received anti mosquito coils inside and outside which weren’t really needed
As said,we wished we had stayed there from day 1 , very close to every bar,restaurant, 7 eleven and 24 hr tops anda shortcut to one of the main roads ( just cross the road and walk/ drive( scooter) straight on and you are ar the main road where jungle Ceylon,Big C shopping (food and all else) and 2 big markets ( night) are(Phang Muang Sai Kor, )
We rented a scooter from Kees and Mac next to Hallo Patong hotel, and pharmacy,good vale and very clean,working scooter.Just look up hallo Patong hotel , there are other scooter hire places but if you read their reviews it becomes a riller.( 182 Phang Muang Sai Kor, Patong Beach, 83150 is Hallo Patong adress)
