good facilities. 1 star service or actually less

the villa facilities was fine but the people and service were way below a 5 star villa standards and to be honest below a 1 star hotel even. the noodles were stuck together. the steak which was supposed to be medium was totally rare. then was totally well done afterwards. food that was supposed to be served hot like steamed fish was served cold, food like yoghurt which they also said they should serve on ice was "forgotten". even the food we ate on a boat which was pre-cooked and reheated on a boat was so much better than the food in this villa.
