Very good location, reasonable price, could be cleaner

Perfect location near the square and reasonable prices. Close to everything - cafes, shops, sights.
Restaurant offering local dishes on the groundfloor - a bit posh place but delicious food.
Breakfast is served in the adjacent hotel but the staff served the hotel guests first, so after waiting for about half an hour just to be brought the menu we left and prepared our breakfast ourselves.
No command of English by the staff but they did accommodate us before noon.
The common areas could be cleaned a bit better and the dustbins in the kitchenette emptied every day.
As it was very hot, electric fans/ventilators would have come in handy.
