Excellent apartment

Highly recommended. The rooms are specious, modern, clean and equipped. They are located at a walking distance from the beach and Arcadia. Staff are very helpful. We stayed there for 9 nights. The only negative about this place is the breakfast. By the third days, I couldn't eat it bc it was the same day after day. They should be more creative when it comes to breakfast. Other than that, I will definitely come back again next summer.

Cosy inside and nice sea view

Modern room and kitchen has everything you need. Friendly staff is always ready to help. 24-hour shop nearby. Choose rooms with a nice sea view from windows
The only minuses are to find hotels location and parking place.

Second Best Vacation Ever!

Spent 10 weeks with this wonderful accommodations. The staff was simply marvelous and kind and exceptionally helpful. Once I had to make prints of immigration documents and the staff went out of their way to make this happen. The food was great and the apartment views and cleanliness were beyond belief. Thanks so much for a superior stay!!

Thank you Vova. Very clean and beautiful.

We were in Odessa on a business trip.
Our office is allowed to select each property individually.
We chose these apartments.
12 floor - a new home. Incredibly beautiful view of the sea and all Odessa.
Each room has a kitchen, TV, shower, large hallway and cabinets.
It is not intrusive staff.
We stayed 1 week. The impression is in my apartment in Chicago.
In the evening, no one bothers. Or a good sound insulation in the house or a little neighborhood.
Personal thanks Vova - Director for a free meeting of the whole group at the airport. The rest of the staff though and live in other hotels, they were taken by shuttle free of our apartments.
Very clean and nice, because it's all new. New furniture, new home.
Time to clean.
Very warm autumn. We were lucky, we went to the sea to swim in the evening.
To go from the hotel to no more than 10 minutes.

Nice outside Centre

We had a Studio and it is big to be longer period
Good beds quiet room
If you need a kitchen it has all needed
Apartment has difficult Place to find so give Hotel telephon number to the driver
we ordered a two (seperate )beds room but got one non-separate
Enviroment was not what expected - not clean and the beaches dirty
