Absolutely the best place to stay.

Wow what can I say, a perfect place and amazing and very attentive hosts. We have been blown away. Room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Lovely garden outlook with tables and chairs to sit and enjoy the views. When we arrived John met us at our car and offered to help us with our bags and showed us to our spotless and comfortable room. We were offered tea and coffee and that was amazing too a pot of tea, cafeteria of coffee and cakes. Beds were so comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was equally as great, very tasty and quality ingredients. We will definitely be coming again in the future and will most definitely recommend Decoy Barn to out friends and family. We could not of asked for more. Thanks so much to Suzanne and John for making us feel so welcome.

Lovely but very small rooms

Spotlessly clean, lovely hosts but really small room. If you just want to get your head down after going out then its a great place to stay. If you want somewhere to chill and relax it's probably no better than staying at home, in fact at home there's more space. Just hoping we can get to sleep as its also on a very busy road with lots of traffic noise.

Fantastic place to stay

Absolutely fabulous place to stay and it was only a 10 drive mins from our family who we were visiting. From the moment we parked up to the moment we left the service was top class. They went above and beyond. We had a twin room, with en-suite, which itself was comfy, spotless and had loads of amenities provided. The breakfast the next morning was delicious. All freshly prepared. We would 100% stay here again. Price is fantastic too.

A lovely place to stay ..,

I really enjoyed my stay at Decoy Barns .. a very pretty and well thought out managed B&B… lovely clean room and the breakfast was 10star !! Suzanne and John were really friendly and professional at their service … I shall defiantly go again as it’s also in an excellent area for visiting places of interest … thank you Suzanne and John for a lovely few days …. Norfolk: highly recommend B & B!

A fabulous return stay at Decoy Barn with its beautiful, spotless accommodation and stunning flowers/garden situated close to the river. Owners John, Suzanne and little Buddie made us so welcome with their incredible breakfasts and useful tips on places to visit. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.
