Shaun apparently does it all!
While my family did not stay at this hotel, our directions mistakenly brought us here, and Shaun greeted us with a smile and kindness, and helped us by calling the neighboring hotels to determine which actually held our reservation, so our members with limited mobility wouldn't have to walk from place to place.
Later, my sister and a friend came to the bar until the wee hours, and Shaun was still working and still delightful.
We all returned here for breakfast, and Shaun was back on shift already, and greeting us with a brilliant smile although he must have been quite knackered by then. He took our breakfast order, and helped ensure that I - with Celiac - was able to eat there safely, and I quite enjoyed my salmon eggs Benedict!
Seriously, Shaun checks in hotel guests, serves people in the restaurant, makes the espresso, and works incredibly long hours, but does it all with kindness and a smile. Give this man a raise, he can't be making enough to make this all worth his while - but his guests, he serves quite well.

We got married here!
We couldn’t have asked for a better day at the Beancross for our Wedding day on the 24th of June 2023. Even throughout the planning the team went over and above to make sure everything that was requested happened and they also took as much pressure off us as they possibly could. They ordered in any drinks that guests may have been drinking on the day and also gave us our own space for a family dinner the evening before the wedding and the morning breakfast after the wedding.
A special mention to Alyssa, Chloe & Jamie that made our day run perfect. We also have a 2 year old and they 3 couldn’t have helped us anymore on the day. Harleigh had a good bond with Alyssa so she was so happy so spend time and go with her. As you can imagine, for a 2 year old it’s over whelming so Alyssa even took the little one out for a walk in the pram until she fell asleep and allowed us to enjoy our special day and relax that little more.
It’s the special touches that make all the difference. We can’t thank you 3 enough. We couldn’t have picked a better place to get married! X

Great Stay
Came here for an overnight our friends got us for getting enganged (we have booked the Beancross as our wedding venue. Our stay was great, Macaroni & burger was delicious. We got put in the honeymoon suite and it was amazing, very spacious & clean. Our gift voucher did have a bottle of prosecco on it, but we did not receive this. It was Pretty quiet for a Saturday night, approx 3 couples in the restaurant. However, we love the Beancross & cannot wait for our wedding day at this beautiful venue.

DISGRACEFUL
Appalling....Booked in July for two people ...,September 30th and October 1st.
Rang and emailed several times on the day to confirm booking....no,response until 4.30 when close to hotel. WE CLOSED last night. NO CAN'T HELP WITH ALTERNATIVES,,hotels .telephone numbers as no computeo0r. NO EMAILS OR TELEPHONE CALLS TO INFORM US OF THE CLOSURE. Wonderful as two octogenarian left in Fa lkirk...strange,barea and no where to sleep.
Wonderful couple who we asked if they knew of hotel....Tremendous help...so kind and, even reassured us that if they couldn't find hotel for us we could stay with them. Thank you Leea Park Hotel...the staff were so helpful and kind...SO we did get to see the kelpies and Falkirk Wheel but only because of the kindmpness of some Falkirk people!!!!

Poor
Poor service unsupportive staff to busy socialising. Orders wrong had to chace up food. not as per menu. Very tastless. Not impressed. No salt pepper etc on table had to request. Cutlery not clean. Had to find person to pay!
