A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out. We will NOT accept all male/ female groups as this is the Holiday park rule. Couples and families only. Please be informed that the pillows and duvets are supplied. For hygiene concerns, guests can bring their own covers, sheet and pillowcase or request linen and towel services for an extra charge offered by the professional linen company. Please contact the property at least 3 days before arrival for rental. Please be informed that the electricity is by pay-as-you-go coin meter and only £2 coins are accepted. The usage varies by season and by the number of people and devices, usually between £0.25-£1 per day per person. Please top up enough to last for your stay.
