A great choice of restaurant. Well worth the drive. Would plan to return.
The staff are so helpful and friendly. The menu has a wide choice.
We all enjoyed our starter and main course and would definitely recommend returning here.

A must return
The experience started just after the booking with an immediate response from Janine welcoming us to the Inn and providing information on the area and eating opportunities. Once we arrived Janine continued to provide help and assistance and added to the experience of our stay.
The Inn is located on the High Street in a building with a long history including at one time being the premises for the Ulster Bank.
At one end of the street is the impressive Killyeagh Castle and at the other is the shopping street with a wine shop and Eurospar supermarket and petrol station within 10-minute walk. There is free on-street parking along the High Street.
Our room (B) was on the first floor fronting the High Street – it was spacious – well-appointed – and quiet – comfy 4 poster bed – hanging and storage space – usb plug for charging devices – good wi-fi – good sized bathroom – efficient power shower over bath – full range of toiletries – the room was dark and we slept well
Breakfast is an event in itself – orders are taken the night before – the full breakfast will set you up for the day with seconds available – I had a simple breakfast of eggs and bacon – very good – then there is cereal and toast – fruits and jams – my partner went for a non-cooked option that came in tall fluted glass full of goodness and tastiness – excellent.
We ate dinner next door in the Dufferin Arms, which we would recommend.
Although only a one night stay, we immediately felt comfortable and could see ourselves staying for longer so we could see the sights of the area – work our way through the extensive menu at the Dufferin Arms – and experience more of the the attention from Janine – thank you.

Delightful attention to detail!
It was very relaxed with easy access in and out of the building as we pleased. The Dufferin bar next door served great food and drinks. We ordered breakfast the night before and in addition to fresh continental choices, our delicious hot food was cooked on demand. My omelette was perfect and my friend's fry was lovely quality and beautifully presented. Oh, and in an age where everyone seems to be ripping out the baths in hotels, there was a lovely bath ...complete with a little bath pillow!
Janine could not have been more hospitable, flexible and welcoming. She phoned me after I left to let me know I had left something behind and she thoughtfully arranged to leave it where I could pick it up.
A rare gem, I hope to return!
