Exceptional Waterfront Stay – Outstanding Service & Perfect LocationReview:
I recently completed a stay at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront and want to recognize their world-class hospitality. The absolute highlight of the trip was the customer service; the entire team went completely above and beyond to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience from check-in to checkout.
The Room: Impeccably clean, remarkably spacious, and featured a fantastic partial view of the bay. It was the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay.
Outstanding Housekeeping: I want to give a special commendation to the housekeeping ladies.
Even with minor language and communication limitations, their warmth, attentiveness, and dedication to keeping the room spotless were fantastic. They truly represent the heart of Marriott’s service.
Amenities & Dining: The breakfast buffet was highly impressive, offering great variety and high-quality options.
Additionally, the property common areas are beautifully maintained.
Location Highlights:The hotel’s location is unbeatable. It is entirely walkable, allowing you to easily stroll to premium local restaurants and nearby attractions. One of my favorite parts of the stay was simply sitting by the bay, reading a book, and watching the ships pass by.
This property effortlessly upholds Marriott’s premium brand standards. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Baltimore, and I truly hope management officially recognizes the hard work of the staff and housekeeping team.

There was no variety of pillows, all were too soft. Also, I am not a fan of duvets, but there was no extra blanket to swap out.

Stunning property
This hotel is amazing! Beautiful location. Gorgeous restaurant and bar. Many weddings and quinceañeras take place here.
Maria Fernanda Borem made me feel GREAT coming here. Acknowledged my status and made my stay so special. The staff works hard here and it shows.

Clean beautiful hotel with great restaurant. Only complaint is I can’t stand a hotel without free coffee and that only puts ONE caffeinated option in the guest room.
