Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Housekeeping service is offered every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, the provided cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more. Fresh towels and linens can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment; cash is not accepted. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are available at an additional cost of USD 10, subject to the availability of the same room category. Smoking is allowed in designated areas. For non-compliance USD 250 violation fee is strictly enforced. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights, and USD 15 per day thereafter. An unauthorised pet will incur an additional charge of USD 100, with a maximum of 2 pets per room. Service animals exempt Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 68 kg or less. Any dangerous or illegally traded items will not be permitted. Pots, pans and plates are available for an additional charge as follows: - USD 39.99 for pots and pans, larger set - USD 19.99 for plates If the guest wants to rent the USD 39.99 set, then USD 15 per week. USD 40 penalty to be deducted from the security deposit if the rented items are spoiled. If linen (pillow, bedsheet, duvet, towel) is damaged, we will charge a penalty of USD 15 to USD 40, depending on the item. Unauthorised guests will be charged USD 50 per person per night. On-site parking is available for USD 25 per night. parking for large vehicles is subject to availability at the hotel. An additional charge of $25 per night may apply, payable directly at the property. For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of $10 may apply and is payable at the property. Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. For stays of up to 7 days, a deposit of $50 will be collected, while stays exceeding 7 days will require a deposit of $100. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon checkout. Payment is by credit card only; cash is not accepted. Utility Fee - A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay. Please note that the front desk operates from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM from Monday to Friday and from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
