Perfect location for walking the city

Perfect location for sight seeing! Very walkable—Minutes from Willis Tower SkyDeck and about 15 min to the Riverwalk. We stayed here for the Kanye concert and had the best time! The attached restaurant (Elephant & Castle) was very good!

Very disappointing in numerous aspects

Average at best. The room was so small that I could barely fit 2 carry on travel bags. Dangerous broken outlet near the sink in bathroom. I couldn’t do my hair or make-up in bathroom. Tons of fire trucks and ambulances right in front of the building one night. No idea why. Staff didn’t know either. Very disappointed with all aspects of the hotel.

Some good, some not-so-good

Good: Location, good water pressure in shower, smooth check-in and check-out process, they extended check-out time for us by 30 min to accommodate our morning plans. Not-so-good: carpet in room was visibly worn and stained, bed not very comfortable and bouncy, upholstered chair in room was very worn and stained. I don't remember what the exact room rate was, but the total was over $800 for two nights. That's more than I usually pay for a room, and when I do I expect a more luxurious experience.

The hotel was well located. The staff was helpful. However, the hotel was quite old for the price we paid.

I wish I would have known the levels in order to get the fridge and microwave in my room. The bed wasn't comfortable and the room was small.
