The property was very dated. The floors were not clean. The water in the pool looked like there was something floating on the water. The sofa bed was a twin sized mattress but the room was advertised to sleep 6 people, and there was no cot or rollaway options. No breakfast was included with the room. At the elevator on the ground there was a bucket catching water from a leak in the ceiling. Overall, we were very disappointed with the stay.

Nice room but need better front desk employees

We booked this room online and we are Marriott Bonvoy members. We checked in at the front desk and was asked my name, told us our room number and where the elevator was located and that was it. Nothing about being a Marriott Bonvoy member, nothing about the bar, restaurant or breakfast. We just went to the room rested and left the next morning. The room was very clean and comfortable. We rested well and might stay again. The hotel is in a good location but they do need to train their front desk employees a little.

We had an extraordinarily good experience at the courtyard by Marriott and Jackson, Tennessee, which provided everything we needed on a personal holiday trip. Room was bright, clean with an excellent shower, spacious accommodations, and very friendly hotel staff. From the time we checked in all the way to our next morning departure people like Brennan at the coffee bar who made us feel welcome and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The lady working the front desk on Friday night, July 3, 2026 about 8 PM was excellent. She recognized the disparity in the room’s available versus our recent online reservation and quickly. Problem solved, providing an upgraded room free of charge.
