Busy!

This place was PACKED the night we stayed for business- traveling through. We were fortunate to get the very last room. Even with it being so packed- it was not loud in the hotel- thank goodness!
The price was super high for a small town- 140, for it being Comfort Inn, and it also being a weekday as well as not holiday time.
The place is average. It's a Comfort Inn, not the best, not the worst. It was decent with the room, the cleanliness, and service. It was fine for a 1-night stay traveling through.

Disappointment

The hotel room had food from previous guest on the floor, dead bugs in bathroom and the pool was closed which was blamed on Covid. Breakfast was lacking with no milk for cereal, eggs or flavored coffee creamer. The breakfast area was overcrowded.

Rude, wouldn't refund after we didn't even enter the room- AVOID!!!

Absolute rudest front desk lady I have ever met. Checked in and the rate quoted on the phone was $20/night less than we were charged. Got very snotty when we asked her about it. Decided the place looked sketchy so didn't want to take our belongings inside and went to dinner. While at dinner checked out another hotel- (Holiday Inn Express) VERY NICE hotel and staff. Went back to ask for a refund and cancel our stay. The front desk girl called the manager told them we never entered the room but they refused a refund and told us they were charging us for half the stay book (2 nights). Would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to STAFF and who knows what the rooms look like. She didn't seem to care about her professionalism, attitude or customer service.... If these qualities are shared up through management not sure I would feel safe sleeping or placing my belongings in their care.

Bed sheets not changed with blade in bed

I found a switchblade box cutter in my bed when I pulled s not only danger but that the bed was not changed between guests. I took the switchblade to front desk and she took from me and promised me a full re-embursement. I then saw 3 days later. $20.00 was their re-embursement. Called the manager, and she was as callous, rude and basically called me a liar and would not honor their promise. Lesson learned! Do not trust anything about this hotel and staff. Very unprofessional!

No Fox News

I won’t stay at this hotel again because they have removed Fox News. I don’t know why they feel like they must do this. All other news channels are available. Hotel was loud and not clean. Next time I will stay at the Holiday Inn Express.
