This is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST hotel I have ever stayed in! The outside doors were open to anyone. The first night there were multiple loud disturbances and slamming doors at all hours of the night. The soap, lotion and shampoo were watered down and the bathroom had something all over the walls by the sink that had not been cleaned. We were assured that our room would be cleaned and it was not. We had to ask for clean towels. I went to get coffee in the morning and while the machine had hot water, there were no tea bags. The coffee was atrocious. We took our valuables with us in the car, as we were very leery about security. We were in close proximity to the stadium for the World Cup final so did not have other options. The pictures on Hotels.com were obviously not from this property. It had been a Knights Inn previously and the evacuation plan and room rate information still says Knights Inn. This hotel should be taken off the hotels.com website or at the very least show accurate pictures and note the lack of security. The owners of this property should be ashamed of the condition of this "newly renovated" hotel.

No towels in the room, I found out after getting out of the shower and used pillow cases to dry myself off….
No continental breakfast which is a reason I took that hotel.
