I made a family trip where I felt at home, I was well received cozy rooms within the pattern interconnected with my children's rooms, which helps a lot, always helpful restaurant staff good food, worth it

The breakfast has worsened since the previous times we stayed there, and in the bathrooms, the hot water comes out barely lukewarm, while in winter, a hot shower is needed. On Saturday, they changed the breakfast location without warning, and part of the food arrived late when we had already finished breakfast. Breakfast used to be one of the virtues of this hotel, and on this occasion, it was not.

Can be improved

The standard follows the same as other Ibis Styles, but there are things that need to be improved urgently:
1. The coffee cutlery is not clean, and it is necessary to clean them with the garlic. Totally out of the standard Accor.
2. The bad mood of the coffee lady is unacceptable. For two days there was no bread at the table and, when we complained, we were confronted by that attendant. Sorry.

The staff was great. The breakfast was ok. The room was small and HOT. We set the A/C to a comfortable temperature, but it didnt work. We had to open a window overnight.
