Three nights on an organized trip.

Well-located hotel for visiting Samarkand. Some sites accessible on foot.
Full breakfast with plenty of choices. In the indoor room (for groups?) with buffets.
Same for dinner. Hearty and delicious meals.
Well-decorated room.
"Small" room and a somewhat "bling bling" bathroom whose decor is mismatched with the room (wooden bed, chandelier...) it’s original!
Room overlooking the city with air conditioning directly on one of the two beds (not ideal if you don’t like the AC directly on you at night).
Unheated outdoor pool (cool).
Pleasant after a day of walking/visiting.
Did not see any other water space than the outdoor one.

Pleasant and comfortable stay.

Excellent location opposite the tree-lined park lining University Boulevard, walking distance from major sights such as Registan and the Amir Temur Mausoleum. The rooms and the hotel itself were comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was sumptuous, with a number of local dishes. The staff were courteous and always helpful. There are several nice restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes' walk. An ATM in the hotel lobby for foreign exchange with decent rates was another plus point. We would definitely stay here again!

Run away!

Very disappointing, personal bordering on correction, at best do not feel concerned by your requests, at worst ignore them or pretend not to understand them. Reservation of the paid pool, $10, made any way, we ended up in duplicate with other people and of course it was us who had mistaken! Indoor swimming pool not heated so difficult to pass. To escape.

An almost 4 star hotel

Clean hotel, breakfast not very varied for Europeans. Many local dishes, many pastries. Indoor pool and sauna could only be used for a fee and with prior reservation! Friendly staff. On the day of check-in we arrived at the hotel at 11am and checked in immediately, and upon departure we left our luggage at the hotel until 4pm and walked around without it.

Nice hotel

I stayed 2 nights on a group trip.
The room is comfortable and the bathroom very well.
Breakfast is hearty, rather Eastern country style.
I went a room forward near the avenues, despite this I was able to sleep well.
