Disappointed

I had a very disappointing experience with Gono Compound BnB. The prices listed initially were not accurate, and when it came time to book, the rates had unexpectedly changed. This kind of last-minute pricing adjustment feels dishonest and misleading.
On top of that, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, making the entire experience even more frustrating. Customer service is just as important as the accommodation itself, and unfortunately, this place fails in both areas. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free stay.
