Weather in Marbella
March – May: Spring in Marbella is delightful. The weather is sunny and mostly dry, making this the perfect time to tee off at a golf course, sightsee in the Old Town or hike the Sierra Blancas without the summer crowds.
June – August: The Costa del Sol earns its nickname in the summer, with long, sunshine-filled days and a dry heat that’s tempered by coastal breezes.
September – November: The summery vibe extends well into autumn. The water stays warm enough for swimming and snorkelling until the rainy season ramps up around mid-October.

Starlite Occident Festival (July and August): International headliners in genres ranging from pop to jazz to Latin fill Marbella stages during this summer concert series. An accompanying food festival ensures attendees are well fed.

Casco Antiguo (Old Town)
Marbella’s medieval Old Town centres on the picturesque Plaza de los Naranjos, ringed by fragrant orange trees and 16th-century buildings.
