Close to Perth Airport

Close to Perth Airport-Terminals 3 & 4.Clean and comfortable albeit a little quirky.The bedroom was a tad cluttered.Attentive host John who was very accomodating.

Perfect for a short stay stop over

John is a nice host. He picked up us at night at the airport and he dropped us back 2 days later.
He is only 15 minutes from the airport.
However, it is a residential area and there is almost nothing around.
Nice cafe on the Swan river 15 min walk.
However John is not really keen on cleaning... there was dust everywhere.
There was milk, bubbles and water for us in the fridge.
John even gave us papaya, bananas and figues from his garden.

Best Accommodation near Perth Airport

We live in the country and had flights booked from Perth Airport which meant overnight stays were needed before and after the trip. We found Ascot Comfort and are so glad we did. Owner John could have not been more helpful. Ascot Comfort is easy access to the airport and also close to the river if you have time for a walk.
The room is a decent size and very comfortable. There is access to a kitchenette and everything is there to heat a meal plus toaster, kettle, fridge, plates cutlery etc. There is a nice ensuite bathroom.
We had a great stay prior to our trip but it was the stay at the end of our trip that was the icing on the cake. Our flight meant not getting to the accommodation until 1am. John left a light on, the electric blankets on and the room heating on. Breakfast supplies were in the fridge plus welcome biscuits (cookies).
Ascot Comfort will be our definite stay whenever we have flights out of Perth.

Quiet and convenient

I think we have met the most thoughtful and helpful hosts ever. During a couple of challenging days including COVID tests and flight changes John and Rita went way above and beyond to help us with stopover accommodation during our trip to WA. We cannot thank them enough.
Comfort Ascot is a small BnB in their own home, including private bedroom and ensuite, with dining and microwave set up in the hallway and laundry. It was thoughtfully presented, and as advertised in a very quiet location not far from the airport.
It is a clean, convenient and well priced place most suited for a stopover
