Would definitely go back!
Reception is not open all the time but you can call them in case you need anything and the staff is really nice and helpful. Connie makes you feel at home!
The hostel is very calm and quiet. Maybe not the best place if what you are looking for is to meet loads of people, but definitely the place to be if you want to rest and enjoy clean facilities.
I have stayed in quite a few hostels during my time in Australia, and this one is by far the cleanest I have ever seen!
It is also very secure since you need your key card to enter.
Other perks: the outdoor area (enjoyable to have a bite under the sun!), the WiFi (finally an hostel where it does not take for ever to surf the web! Plus you can access the WiFi from your room, not only in common areas), and the human-size of the hostel (they know you by name and once again, are very nice !)
I definitely recommend this place!

Perfect Location, clean room
I was a late check in and was dealt with superbly by the lady on reception. I had a single room which was secure and though I was at the front of the building, you are not disturbed by the thriving night life of Northbridge.
I was a bit put off by the state of the toilets, seriously, some people have no respect. But, in general, the toilet/shower area is not particularly clean. But the showers work, so I remained as clean as I like!
I would definitely stay here again. It didn't strike me as a particularly social place, but you are in the middle of Northbridge so social options are plenty. And there are plenty of eating options locally for breakfast, which is important if you want a bit more than toast.

What a great find for a stay in the City!
I was warmly received by Connie who was friendly and enthusiastic and gave me tips as to where to find food and wine etc. I got hungry at past 11pm and was saved by the convenience store round the corner where I bought some dumplings to cook. I realised that this was a rather happening part of Northbridge but within the property it was surprisingly quiet.
It was also very secure as you need to get through 2 doors before you reach your own hostel room door, and they are all accessed by a keycard. The room itself is spacious and clean and everything was really well organized.
I truly enjoyed my stay and couldn’t recommend this hostel any more highly.

Awesome
5-7 minute walk to Perth station. There is also a bus interchange there. To Queen Elizabeth stations is a 15 min walk. Went clubbing in "Air" nightclub 5 mins walk away. A brewery and outdoor cinema nearby.
