Great experience

I had a great experience. The staff was very nice and helpful, the space and the comun areas are very clean, open and bright. I recommend it! For sure i will go there again if i'm back in Zagreb.

Excellent location convenient for walking

September 2023.
The location is very central and close to both the train station and the bus station.
you can reach the center in 10 minutes, our room, in the basement, small but with kitchen, spacious shower, apartment renovated no more than 2 years ago, or in any case without defects.
Constructive criticism:
The shower head must be held in the hand, I recommend taking greater care of the bed, comfortable but with pillows that smell of use... but since it is a hostel and it costs very little, that's fine!

Needs an upgrade.

The hostel is conveniently located for the train station, less so for the bus station, and a good walk from the centre of town. The bunks are basic, lacking curtains and charging points, but are comfortable. The dormitories are close to the reception area and sometimes noisy as voices echo on the hard surfaces. The kitchen facilities are minimal, and the common lounge/dining area is small. I found all the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Private room: dirty sheets.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at Temza for three nights. When we arrived we were created by tons of graffitis and an overall sketchy neighbourhood and a locked door. You had to ring the bell to get to the hostel and hope one of the employees would come unlock it. They arrived about 5 minutes after we rang.
The staff try their best with the knowledge they have, but they do not seem to really know how things work. A woman barely spoke English and we had trouble communicating with her. Then we had issues with our air conditioner and they spent a good twenty minutes figuring out what was wrong.
The worse and the reason I'm leaving the bad review: the dirty sheets. Stains and hair all over it. I was disgusted and couldn't help but wonder how long they had stayed on the bed unchanged. We complained and they, thankfully, handed us new sheets.
The kitchen is minimalistic but appreciated. Once all the issues were dealt with, Zagreb was nice.
I would recommend people consider other options.

Good accommodation in the center of town

I needed a place in the center of Zagreb, which is within walking distance of all the important points to me. This hostel has met all my expectations.
I spent one night at the hostel. It is very clean, has a kitchen and an inner courtyard and a spacious toilet.
Of course, I'm just writing about the part I was accommodating. Namely, the hostel has other rooms on the upper floors.
All in all, very good accommodation in the city center and I will use it again.
