A wonderful hotel we highly recommend
The location is absolutely perfect, with so many of Copenhagen's attractions, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. It made exploring the city incredibly easy.
If you're considering booking, I would highly recommend upgrading to one of the Club Rooms. Access to the lounge was a real highlight of our stay. Having complimentary beer and wine on tap throughout the afternoon and evening, along with a selection of delicious canapés, was excellent value and provided a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
Breakfast was another standout. The continental selection was extensive, with plenty of fresh, healthy options, all beautifully presented and regularly replenished.
A special thank you to the team for the thoughtful surprise of a bottle of bubbles waiting in our room to celebrate my birthday. It was such a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special.
The staff were welcoming, the hotel was comfortable and stylish, and the combination of the superb location, excellent Club Lounge and fantastic breakfast made this a memorable stay. We would happily recommend The Square to anyone visiting Copenhagen.

However, the bed is uncomfortable and gave me back pain. The linens are also very poor quality. Also, my room smelled like egg McMuffins all day everyday. Not a terrible smell, but not what you want. I think it may have been near an exhaust shaft from the kitchen.
I would not recommend staying here.

The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Room was spotless. Breakfast was very good and varied, with early start 6:30 on weekdays.
We would definitely recommend this hotel
