Avoid at all cost

It is right in the back of some theatre and if you are unlucky, they will go on all night. First, guests and the event, THEN, when it is already very late, clearing out glass containers, etc., and then, when it is already early in the morning, they might remove the scenes or whatever. Plus the standard in the apartment is a reminiscent of the 1960s...
