Very helpful staff members. Gave us wonderful information and tips. The location is wonderful for walking everywhere and the hotel was clean and comfortable for us and our baby.

Self check in after 2. Didn’t see or interact with staff until check out but for me this was fine. Clean spacious room.

Wonderful hotel so cosy. Lovely breakfast . Sylvie who was the one we had contact with was so helpful and gave us tips on everything to do and where good restaurant where in Biarritz .

The hotel is easy to find (an Uber dropped us off outside) and is only a few minutes walk away from the beach. The decor is beautiful and cute. I just wished we could have stayed a little longer!
