DISAPPOINTED.
Hotel located in the Confluence district.
No private parking, so you have to park wherever you can.
We had a standard room and we were disappointed.
The room was very small, the AC did not work, and we had to go down to the front desk so they could turn it on from their computer.
The room was really minimalist, no TV, poorly soundproofed; we heard a lot of noise from the road and the train because the hotel is right next to a railroad track.
The layout of the room is very surprising; the bathroom is not enclosed and the shower exit leads directly to the window, a very unpleasant concept.
Furthermore, our shutter did not close completely, so there was daylight very early in the morning.
On the other hand, regarding cleanliness, nothing to complain about, except that we had booked for two and only had one glass in the bathroom.
The staff is very professional and courteous.
The bedding is okay.

below expectations!
The room was quite small, lacking basic amenities such as a wardrobe, coffee maker, and mini fridge. There was only a kettle provided, and despite the room being booked for two adults, we were initially given just one cup, one packet of instant coffee, and one tea bag, which felt rather cheap and disappointing.
The reception staff were not particularly helpful.
We were travelling with our 7-year-old child and there was no sofa or couch bed available in the room. Instead, they provided a small extra mattress on a foldable support placed very close to the floor, despite there being barely enough space for it in the room.
Cleanliness was also below expectations (visible mold on the shower head and in the corners of the shower).
The on-site restaurant was actually quite good.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay, particularly considering the level of service provided.

This hotel is in a great location for tourist attractions. Everything was a short ride on the trams and the nearest stop is only a few minutes walk (Confluences museum stop). The room I stayed in was closest to the river. Other reviews say the train lines kept them awake, I only noticed this once, but never loud enough to wake me. The only downside is that the furniture, decor and linen were a bit worn. A bath mat and towel were ripped with holes and the sheets were thin and slightly fraying. The water temperature in the shower kept changing, but only slightly. Also the breakfast offering was slim; I'd recommend giving it a miss, not worth the money in my opinion. I paid for the breakfast but didn't eat anything and even got hassled for having a specialised coffee and ended up paying an extra €5. Not much I know, but reception said they were included, and considering the restaurant staff checked me in at breakfast and saw I wasn't eating, you'd think they'd been more accommodating and not hassled me.

Outside the noise highly recommended
Nice interior. Very friendly and helpful staff.
