Great people who practice customer success
There was a concert at the amphitheater near the hotel, and Nabi told me to come near the hotel, but I couldn't get there. The hotel staff came all the way to my car and acted as my driver.
It was hard to see the windshield of my parked car because it was covered in dead insects, but I was surprised to find it cleaned clean the next morning.
On the day of departure, two bottles of mineral water were set in the drink holder. I was impressed that he always acts with customer success in mind.
I strongly recommend it to everyone.

Good place to stay in an excellent location
The only downside was that people weren't overly welcoming. Don't get me wrong, they were very nice, but the welcoming feeling wasn't ever there, especially when compared to other similar hotels. It wouldn't keep us from going back though.

Chic city escape on the hilltop
Francois, Sofia, Antony, and everyone I interacted with were so helpful. I booked through Amex FHR.

Peaceful Stay in a quiet location, with beautiful city views
The service was impeccable, all of the staff are polite and helpful. Being only 34 rooms, the staff to guest ratio is high ensuring prompt service. The front desk, waiters and bartenders all were helpful and friendly.
We had a city view room, nice terrace to sit on in the afternoon, even though it was 35C, it was still comfortable in the late afternoon as it faces East and gets the morning sun. The rooms were nice, could have been larger and the bathroom was quite small, just a shower and one sink. We were on the 2nd floor, and the view is partially blocked by large trees, a higher floor would have been optimal for views.
We spent our time resting in the garden lounge chairs and taking dips in the roman style pool to cool off. A steam room and sauna is also available. Breakfast is served inside or outside, with views of the garden. Eggs are cooked to order, the buffet is on the small side, but adequate.
One minor complaint, the bed was too hard for our liking, much harder than the 5 star hotels we have stayed in. Housekeeping put an extra duvet under the sheets, which helped a bit. Also, the room and bathroom could have been bigger.
Overall, a wonderful boutique hotel, excellent service and located in a quiet neighbourhood, with easy access to the old town and beyond.
