Bad experience

Bathroom cleanliness is questionable, especially for the shower. Breakfast is served starting at 7:30 AM to have access to bread and pastries.

Food from the guests who lived in the room before us was still in the wardrobe
Ice cold water for showering
No heating in winter very cold in the bedroom.
Unloving leadership.
However, good connection by subway and in 15 min at the montmartre

There was no elevator and I don't remember being informed in the information on Expedia, which means I feel like I didn't get the value for what I pay.
