Where to hire a car at Paris Beauvais Airport
Europcar, Hertz, Enterprise, Sixt and Ucar have branches within Paris Beauvais Airport. There’s a wide range of cars available to hire from Paris Beauvais Airport. The car hire offices are located within the terminal building, however the car hire car parks are a 5 minute walk away from the entrance.
Petrol stations close at Paris Beauvais Airport

There is a petrol station at the airport, as well as a handful of other petrol stations in the small town of Beauvais.
Driving around at Paris Beauvais Airport
Paris Beauvais is located directly north of the city of Paris. It’s about half way between the capital and Amiens. The majority of roads in France are paved and well sign posted, unless you head into the depths of the countryside. City driving, especially in Paris, is usually hectic and should be avoided if possible.
Driving in France is fairly easy going, unless you’re driving around the holiday seasons. August can be an incredibly busy month on the motorways.
On street parking is permitted in most areas of France, unless stated otherwise. Naturally, in Paris it’s much harder to find a parking spot, but most major cities offer a Park and Ride scheme.
Popular destinations to drive to from Paris Beauvais Airport
Paris is an hour and a half away from Paris Beauvais Airport by car. It isn’t widely recommended that you drive into the centre of Paris, as it can be highly congested. However, there is on street parking and secure parking available. There are also park and ride services outside of the city.
This route does include toll roads. When exiting the airport, head onto the D901 to exit Beauvais, and follow the A16 southbound (towards Paris). Exit onto the N184, then take the exit for the A115 to Paris. Use any exit to merge onto the A15 towards Paris. Follow this road to move onto the A86, Paris’ outer ring road.
The Palace of Versailles is a must see for many people visiting Paris, even thought it’s not directly in the city. The Palace and town is located to the southwest of Paris.
Follow the D901 to exit Beauvais, and move onto the A16. Exit onto the N184, then turn right onto the A115, continuing onto the A86 towards Boulevard de Jardy. Take the exit for the D182, and continue for 4km to get into Versailles.
Rouen is one of the largest and most well preserved cities in the region of Normandy, France.
Paris Beauvais Airport is 80km away from the town of Rouen. To reach Rouen, exit Beauvais using the D133 and D930 towards the N31 toward Ferrières-en-Bray. Follow the N31 to Route de Lyons la Forêt (the forest between Beauvais and Rouen). Continue on Rue d'Amiens to reach the centre of Rouen.
