Very good

Nice little City Hotel.
Very lively neighborhood, close to the subway, train station, airport shuttle...
Open 24/7 thanks to an automatic room key dispenser
Pleasant rooms, with A/C, fan, Nespresso (capsules, sugar, cream ), most overlooking a small interior courtyard.

Hotel to avoid

What a disappointment to find a hotel with such dirty rooms. We integrate our room in the evening around midnight, at bedtime we discover the sheets still with many old dodgy stains, forced to sleep dressed. The floor of the room is not clean, stained and plastic floor torn. The front door joined male, so the day passes. The bathroom is in a pitiful state, black seal, exposed black silicone pipe connection. An air conditioner that could not be regulated, it is a terrible heat in the room, you turn on the air conditioner and after 30 minutes forced to turn it off because the temperature is 17 degrees, repeated this operation several times in the night. Breakfast, very, very very small, they opened a bag of pre-cut cheese and threw it on a plate for customers, the cheese slices were glued together, impossible to take without touching all the cheeses. A bill for several nights with different prices every day and impossible to have an explanation except that it is the computer. Its only advantage is that it is well placed in the 14th.

very correct

Great location. close to the metro. warm welcome, friendly and efficient. Room very small but overlooking courtyard very quiet. Bad mattress: too soft and with a large hollow on the right side! minimum shower room: proper cleanliness. Floor of the old room. Breakfast well enough and very welcome. Not recommended for the elderly or with reduced mobility: some rooms on the ground floor accessible only for double or triple rooms. For the rest, stairs because there is no elevator Very good value for money: 80€ per night with breakfast. Surprised to see that in "season" the rates can rise to more than 230€. At this rate the price quality ratio is no longer

Excellent value for money

Recently renovated hotel, rooms with the right spaces, clean and quiet. Savoury and sweet breakfast with some packaged products but definitely valid. Super location next to metro Denfer.

Small favorite in Paris

Nice little hotel, very well located not too far from Montparnasse station and close to Mouton-Duvernet metro station.
Nice and clean triple room, air conditioning that works. Courtyard of the hotel very quiet and full of charm.
Full breakfast, tables a little small. Nice and quiet area, with small shops nearby. In short, a real crush.
