Lovely City Break

We booked this hotel on the morning of our trip after hotels.com rang us to say our original hotel we had booked was no longer available ..
We are so glad we re-booked with this hotel! The staff were welcoming and we booked the hotels connecting rooms for families which was perfect .. there was plenty of room, beds were super comfy and the amenities were great including air con which was a welcome bonus when it was so warm.
The hotels location is perfect a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and its metro station and 10 min walk to the Trocadéro
I would not hesitate to stay here again ..

Ticks every box - looking forward to returning

Perfect base for a short holiday in Paris. The room was absolutely right, with ample wardrobe space, lovely separate bathroom and toilet. We had very good breakfast on two days when we didn’t want to risk wandering around in hope - we ate out on two mornings and didn’t do any better than the hotel! Location was spot on - most of our days out involved relatively short walks rather than sweaty Metro rides. We even hit lucky on Bastille Day, when the French Army parked all its new kit on the road outside the hotel, for our own private display. Finally, credit to all the staff. Reception were unfailingly helpful and pleasant, whilst everyone else we met appeared to be enjoying their jobs, which came through in the smiles on their faces.

I made a booking at the Hotel and when i showed up to check in i realized my booking was for a week later.( My mistake) The hotel was booked out and the Host at the front desk helped me to Book at another Hotel Chain nearby and was able to move my booking date and accommodated me a day later. This will be my go to location when in Paris from now on. Thank you for such amazing hospitality. Frank H
