Our stay at Hotel St Germaine was perfect! The staff was so kind and welcoming. The continental breakfast was delicious. Close to the metro and bus lines. Great walkable neighborhood. Would return!

Good location
Perfect location for ity walks. Close to various metro lines, sites, bars and cafes
Rooms are small, bathroom was tiny but it served our purpose for our stay. We opted for breakfast in various cafes.
The receptionist was helpful but didn’t seem to enjoy her work mu h and wasn’t very helpful when we asked what areas to avoid during the football

Regarding your comment about breakfast, breakfast is complimentary at our hotel. Could you please verify that your review was posted for the correct property? We have noticed that reviews are sometimes mistakenly associated with hotels of a similar “Saint-Germain” name. Our hotel is located at 88 Rue du Bac.
We were interested to read your comment regarding our reception team. Our receptionists have been with us for several years and take great pride in both their working environment and the quality of service they provide to our guests. While we respect your perception, this feedback does not reflect the usual experience shared by our visitors. The entire team will, of course, take your comments into consideration.
Regarding the football matches, unfortunately we are unable to predict crowd movements after the games. However, we would like to reassure you that our neighborhood is widely regarded as very safe and secure.

Charming
The hotel is in a great location. Easy to walk everywhere. Staff is nice. Breakfast is good. The rooms are small but well put together, clean and comfortable ( I with the bed was a bit bigger and softer). Bathrooms are tiny but new and clean. It’s a charming little hotel with a great location. I would go back.

What a rip off!
In late May, due to a change in plans, I wanted to change the dates of my stay from mid-June to later in the year. The charge for doing so was astronomical, more than £1,200. The total cost of my stay was £1,500 for four nights. I feel utterly ripped off, and this stay will be my last.
