very good quality and maybe some improvements suggested

it is great Hotel actually , brand new and great rooms. all good .
as a 5 stars even if service was great and people were exquisite, I'd have expected something better from the breakfast. I'm not picky at all but I think it should be at a 5 stars level in term of available choice. best

Clean spacious rooms. Inconsistent service!

The rooms are large and clean with great quiet air conditioning which is essential for summer in Paris. We were greated warmly at reception and had good interactions with most staff. We decide to take a short walk to the bridge to take pictures of the eiffel tower at 10pm and after 5 minutes it started raining so we quickly walked back to the hotel. Imagine our surprise to find the doors to the hotel locked and no one at reception, no sign, no intercom! The hotel uses traditional hard keys for the rooms so no keycard to allow guests access. There is a doorbell, which we pressed multiple times, and were finally let in after ~ 10 minutes. The reception said that he had to go help another guest and there was only 1 person on duty so he can't leave the door unlocked and we should understand that the owner can't afford to have 2 people on duty in the evenings. (isn't access to our rooms what we are paying for?) That same day the maid did not replenish the hand towels and we had to call down for towels.
The hotel sent a survey email the day after these events so I wrote these two concerns down. There was no response from hotel management.
The next day the maid again did not replenish the towels or coffee pods (called again)
The third day exactly the same!
We again took a short walk to the bridge to take pictures and came back and again the receptionist was not at the desk and had locked the doors. (lucily this time he was only gone 5 minutes.
We would have given the hotel 5 stars but the lack of focus on the consistency of service and the locking of the doors without an attendant brings the entire exerience down

Says a 5star. Didn’t feel like a 5star, more like a 4star. My bathroom didn’t have a shower. And one day housekeeping didn’t tidy up my room 100%; they made the bed and took out trash, but forgot new towels, forgot to put away iron board and iron. Water is steamy hot so be careful. The gym is approx 3 blocks away and not on site which I didn’t like at all. No real dining restaurants in the hotel, lots nearby though.
Would I stay here again? Probably not?

Dimitri was super helpful and nice! Hotel is beautiful! Only drawback was the shower. Great tub which we enjoyed, but showering with handheld was awkward. Highly recommend this hotel!
