One-star hotel.
It is a
Hotel that I frequent from time to time when traveling in Paris. The price of the room I was granted is affordable. Single room clean shower and new toilet.
It’s not a luxury but the essentials are there!

To flee absolutely!

We had a horrible stay at Hotel Studia. The photos we had seen do not correspond at all to the reality, the establishment is indeed totally unhealthy (mold, dirt, dangerous electrical installations). Due to the conditions offered by the hotel, we could not continue our stay there and had to find an alternative solution. We have taken the decision to contact the local authorities responsible for building health and the state body that awarded them a star in order to try to avoid negative experiences for other people in the future. We invite all those who have had a bad experience to contact this body "Atout France".

Outdated, poorly maintained, and not respectful of the customer.

Pleasant welcome, but the rest needs improvement: dirty bathroom, dirty or moldy window sills, broken trash can lid, worn linens, poorly soundproofed room, and in need of complete renovation. It's a real shame because the location is ideal for visiting.

Hotel a little old but clean, very well located, metro stop right next door, the boss is friendly and gives you good advice

Okay

Staff very polite, good English.
You have to hand in your room key when leaving the hotel in the day , it’s okay though because it’s 24 hour service. The room is okay too for a one star, there are 3 star hotels worse than this. Nice balcony view from 4th floor. The bed isn’t the most comfortable and the water takes a while to be warm
