The location of the hotel is great, a very short walk to Gare de Lyon station. The hotel is great - the room was quite small but fine for an overnight stay. Having said that, they really had made a great effort to make the room as 'Parisian' and individual as possible and we enjoyed the room. Would recommend the hotel.

Not to be repeated

We had booked a Deluxe room with twin beds, and upon arrival, we were told that special authorization is required because it is reserved for people with reduced mobility... except that I had booked it with proof to support it. We were therefore assigned a room without twin beds on the 4th floor, number 414... and the icing on the cake was the noise we heard upon our arrival, like a truck engine running. I turned off the air conditioning to see if that would solve the problem, but it did nothing. We must have had all the hotel's ventilation motors above our room. Conclusion: hotel full with no possibility of changing rooms, and at 10:00 PM after a day of travel, it was too late to change hotels. Nightmare night. You do not offer a room like that to customers; it is downright abusive! I am furious.
To finish with the breakfast, which offers pancakes upon request: we were told there wouldn't be any because the batter hadn't been made!

Due to extreme hot weather upper floor room would not cool off. Fans had to be utilized to make it somewhat comfortable.

Excellent choice near the Gare de Lyon.

Hotel located near the Gare de Lyon. Close to all services but situated on a quiet street. Average-sized room. Everything is functional, including the wifi. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent (we had a small issue and someone came up to resolve everything in 5 minutes!). We will return on our next stay in Paris.

Small friendly hotel in an excellent quiet location

Recently renovated small Parisian hotel in a very quiet location, just 100 meters from Gare de Lyon, making it convenient for public transport and little restaurants. The reception staff has always been extremely kind and helpful. Good breakfast, not very abundant but with quality products. Coffee service available all day long. Good cleanliness. Well-soundproofed room, minimal as is almost always the case in Paris. An extra shelf would perhaps have been appreciated. Highly recommended for a few days of unrestrained tourism.
