Small but good

Very good little hotel, good location. Close to transportation and green areas in Le Marais. Breakfast is okay. The rooms are small, but everything you need is present. Clean. Nice service. Can recommend this hotel. No elevator.

well maintained. I especially appreciated the good-quality shower gel and shampoo, as well as the very comfortable bed.
However, I was a little disappointed with the check-in experience. I arrived slightly earlier than the official check-in time and was not allowed to check in early. While I was waiting outside, another guest arrived and wThe accommodation was very nice, clean, and as allowed to check in earlier.
I completely understand that early check-in may not always be possible, but I would have appreciated the same treatment for all guests. Apart from this, I had a pleasant stay and found the accommodation very comfortable.

Best location in Paris

Lovely. Best location in all of Paris. It is walking distance to everything. The owners continually renovate to optimize the space but everyone needs to understand that this is a 300 year old building so you get top location and exceptional charm for the small price of small rooms and no elevator. I would never decline staying here for a less central place with bigger rooms.

Amazing locale, super cute mini-plaza across the street and much cool stuff within walking distance. My room had the best AC I'd experienced my whole trip, the space was compact but efficient. Was grateful for 2nd floor room, so not as many stairs.

The staff at the Pratic are very friendly. The location is excellent- safe, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The place is well-maintained and the fridge in the room is a big plus (and unusual in Paris). Excellent bathroom and air-conditioning.
