Our family had a wonderful stay at Aparthotel Quartier Libre Opéra, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.
The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds provided a great night’s sleep, and the unit was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Having both a washer and dryer was a huge convenience, especially when traveling with children. One tip for future guests is to take a few minutes to learn how the dryer works, as it can be a little tricky at first. Once you figure it out, it works well and saves the hassle of finding a laundromat.
The location is excellent. Many of Paris’ landmarks, shopping areas, parks, restaurants, and public transportation are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city without relying on taxis or public transit for every outing.
A special thank you to Milie at the front desk. She made our arrival smooth and welcoming with her friendly personality and willingness to help. She answered all of our questions and provided excellent service throughout check-in. She is truly an asset to the hotel.
Breakfast was simple but offered a good variety to start the day. The breakfast staff were also warm, attentive, and always happy to help, which made each morning enjoyable.
We highly recommend Aparthotel Quartier Libre Opéra, especially for families. The spacious accommodations, excellent location, and outstanding staff made our stay memorable, and we look forward to returning on our next trip.

HORRIBLE - DO NOT STAY HERE FOR ANY PRICE!

WARNING - DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!
1) - EVERYTHING is misleading. The rooms are SUPER SMALL - but the pictures online make them look huge. It is very misleading. The size of the room is like a normal size room at a Holiday Inn except they put a wall in between the "bedroom" and "living room" making both so small, you can't even move. There is no place to put your baggage. You can touch both walls of the bedroom with your own hands, that's how small it is. Do not expect you are getting a "suite" - this is a room with a wall dividing the room into two super small spaces.
2) - the Wifi is terrible and doesn't work. So if you are coming here for work, don't.
3) - the beds are as HARD AS ROCKS and NOT KING SIZED BEDS. They are 160cms wide (so queen sized), and they are not luxury mattresses - they are worse than the beds you get in China. Stiff and impossible to get a good night's rest.
4) - The walls are PAPER THIN. You can hear every voice, every door shut. And since they don't give you keys, every time your neighbor puts in his code, you hear every button pushed. And the elevators can be heard all night as well.
5) - The "balcony" that I upgraded to is a balcony overlooking nothing with no view. Waste of 100 euros.
Lastly - the management does absolutely nothing to help. When I told management that my fiance is epileptic, had neck surgery two weeks ago, and the stiff mattresses, and lack of space was a danger to her health and not accessible for someone with a disability, they refused to let us out, saying "Tough luck, no refunds." Even though there are still rooms available for rent right now, so it's not like they are losing a rental because of our commitment. They have no empathy and could care less about customer service.
Unlike a REAL 5 star hotel, they force you to stay and be miserable, and offer you ZERO if you have any problems. Avoid this place at all costs, and don't believe any of the positive reviews. This is not a luxury hotel. For 350-500 euros per night, you'd be better off at anywhere else

Great spot. Great location. Great room. And really useful having a kitchenette.
Laundry machines were a bit beat up. And dryer didn’t work well. Other than that, thought it was really solid!

Staying at an apartohotel is more self service like apartment life but this location had a desk with staff available during peak hours. The room was clean and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay with a full kitchen and everything that goes with that. Check in to departure was all by smartphone for us (entry code, key code). Great location for shopping, restaurants, exploring and walking. Carrefour grocery store few shops down as well as Gosselin bakery for great baguettes. Many specialized coffee places nearby. Overall wonderful place for extended stay.
