Decent hotel in a great location. The room was fine, a little dated, but had air conditioning (very nice in Paris heatwave!) and enough space. Our room was called a suite, which is a strong designation for that room, but it did have an extra sofa and a small fridge.
The reception staff was nice to let us hang out in the lobby after checkout due to someone in our party being unwell, which we appreciated.
Would stay here again, purely for the location and bang for buck.

Booking on their site: risk of fraud!

The hotel is well located and the service is impeccable. However, booking on the hotel's site is dangerous: the booking site is hacked!! Several of us have received fraudulent messages containing our reservation data. When contacted, neither the hotel nor the booking site responded to me. Thus, fewer stars, as the client risks losing money there.

Location was very good. Close to a multitude of restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to the metro.

Great location in a quiet street in front of the Folies Bergères. Breakfast was disappointing - very limited choice and no non-dairy milk or yoghurt options. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed in room 24 was really uncomfortable, but all other facilities good.

I’m never one to complain about a stay ever but Staff extremely rude, room a lot smaller than pictures, horrible smell in room daily, broken lift, had to give our room key to reception every single time you leave the hotel and ask for it back again which was painful. Only positive is it’s in a good location luckily .
