Classic
Near metro at a very close distance as well as supermarkets and bakeries and of course, the famous curry sausages places

Decent Stay, missing a few conveniences

The service was okay.
-Tell us how you liked the room.
It was disappointing to find out that the room we were given didn't have the things that were mentioned on the description, which was a refrigerator and a microwave.
-Talk about the location & amenities
Location was great as buses were easily accessible, had a pharmacy next to it, mini store for food and fresh vegetables.
-Say what you liked best & least
I liked the service from the receptionists as they were helpful when i needed support with certain things.
What i liked the least is that on the question as to why our room didn't have what we saw on the pictures and stated on the description, the response from the receptionist at hand was that maybe the room we chose was wrong, subtly shifting the blame instead of taking responsibility and providing an alternative for the mix up.

Refrigerator and microwave facilities are exclusively included in our Pure Plus room category, as stated in the detailed description and shown in the photos for that specific type. A good hotel let down by a poor breakfast
A good hotel let down by a poor breakfast.
Breakfast was croissants and coffee/tea machine, no cereal, fruits, hot/cold foods or toast.
Rooms are small.

We hear you regarding breakfast: we consciously chose a fast-paced grab & go breakfast concept (for free!) featuring three fresh croissant varieties, warm coffee, tea, and cocoa; ideal for a quick start right into Berlin’s vibrant city life. While a full hot-and-cold buffet isn't part of our concept (and we always aim to communicate this clearly on all booking portals), we get that everyone has different morning cravings. As for our room sizes: our central location means compact, cozy spaces, but we do our best to make every square meter comfortable for our guests. everything you need
Excellent location amazing staff, I had one of the older rooms, but everything was still Really good.
The only thing that I would recommend would be a small fridge in the room. But I will definitely be booking again.
