Super hotel!

very centrally located hotel, we got a very large bed! slept great, tip; bring earplugs as you are right in the center. the hotel is on the 5th and 6th floor of a large building, even has a roof terrace! just look where the entrance is! it was very clean and spacious. the breakfast was super! delicious stol , sandwiches , egg, lots of choice in toppings etc. in short worth repeating! the lady from the reception is really a dear, she checked us in smoothly and knew all kinds of things about the area. I don't understand what the people have problems with, after 22 hours you can't check in anymore , is not that difficult to me! for a visit to the Christmas market and the king's allee and fat fine!!

Do not book in any way! Unfriendly, inflexible, I have never had such a bad experience in my entire life as with this hotel!

Worst Hotel to date

My worst hotel experience to date.
Booked this hotel via Booking and requested a late checkin. They refused this, cancelled the booking and refused a refund.
I’d suggest you avoid this hotel as I even offered to receive a voucher for a different nights stay and they were unwilling to support with anything

Günstig, sauber, zentral und gastfreundlich :):) 5 Sterne aus Japan

Die Frau an der Rezeption hat unser Besuch ganz herzlich begrüßt und war bis zum Check-Out echt sympathisch.Wir haben ganz spontan um19:00 Uhr an dem Tag das Hotel auf Booking-com gebucht und sofort danach ein Chat vom Hotel bekommen, das uns fragt, wie spät wir ankommen wurde. Nach dem Antwort und der Rückmeldung sind wir gegen 20:00 Uhr im Hotel angekommen und haben wie erwähnt problemlos mit gastfreundlichen Begrüß eingecheckt. Wir haben es bemerkt, dass die Uhrzeit der Einreise sehr wichtig für die Orga des Hotels ist. Eingang war sogar relativ unauffällig, aber Google-Map hat uns sehr gut direkt vor dem Tür des Gebäudes geführt. Das liegt direkt neben dem Café „Astore“. Das Zimmer war sauber und hat genug Platz für uns mit 2 großen Koffern. Das Hotel hat uns morgens ab 7:00 nicht nur Kaffee, sondern auch (wegen der Weihnachtszeit) Stollen geboten!! Wir können Ihnen dieses Hotel bestimmt empfehlen, wenn Sie Geld sparen möchten aber gleichzeitig in einem Hotel von guten Qualitäten übernachten möchten. Informieren Sie bitte vorher die freundlichen Wirten über Ihr Zeitplan, dann lohnt sich es sicher :)

Nicht empfehlenswert

Empfang nicht wirklich freundlich, Zimmer mit nur einem Bett, Bettwäsche alt, zerknittert und richtig ecklig. Im Bad um die Toilette alte Urin Flecken. Zimmer sind im 5. Stock, es gibt zumindest einen Lift. Also wirklich nicht zu empfehlen. Im der medica Woche dort, daher auch fast 300 Euro bezahlt.
