Good hotel

First time we were here, booked two days before we left. Nice hotel with fit size. Staff are friendly and helpful. Enough sunbeds for everyone. Good food at the hotel restaurant. Rooms were good. Good beds.

Almost perfect but a bit dissappointed

The hotel is nice and almost perfect. But i was a little bit dissappointed because we were there for a vacation and everytime we go for an excurssion or tour and then going back to the hotel after a fun and tiring day, first thing we have to do is wash first our dishes, instead of relaxing, which is not nice. And also broken dishes should be changed because i get wounded from washing it.

Relaxing holiday spot near Chania and Platanias

My experience staying at the hotel was really good. It is a lovely little hotel located slightly away from the main road, which means it’s peaceful without traffic noise.
From the hotel down to the main road is just a few hundred meters. The hotel is situated on a hill, which could be a challenge if you have mobility issues, but otherwise not a problem. From the main road, you can catch buses to both Chania and Platanias.
The beach is also just across the main road, where you’ll find several cafés and multiple supermarkets along the road.
The hotel itself is small and charming. There’s a nice pool with plenty of space and sunbeds always available.
The room was very good, and had its own kitchen, which made it possible to cook meals yourself, such as breakfast or lunch. The balcony overlooked the pool.
Cleaning was done frequently, and towels were changed often, which kept the standard very high.
The hotel also has its own little minimarket, where you can buy all the essentials such as soap, toothbrushes, creams, as well as snacks during the day. The hotel itself also serves food, which I tried once, and I had a really good experience with it.
The staff were overall very friendly and accommodating if you needed anything.
The hotel has a parking lot, where you can park your car in case you rent one while on vacation.
The only downside of the hotel is that it is quite noisy. You can hear other guests through the walls as well as noises from the hallway. It would also have been nice if there were a few more power outlets in the room.

Cozy for families! The staff not so friendly!

Cozy hotel for families! The cleaning is highly appreciated! The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms small and quite old, but clean. The staff should work a bit on being more welcoming and smiling! Aphrodites from reception was the only one who made us feel good about being here! She’s amazing.
The breakfast was ok, except the cookies from the jars that seemed to be the same for one week without being changed!

Dear Alina,
Thank you for your comments!
Aphrodite is indeed amazing but so is everyone else as most if our guests comment.
Our team members are here to provide the best possible service, and to ensure every guest is treated with courtesy and respect, while we expect the same in return.
You are probably referring to our manager who was trying to keep everyone safe and happy in the pool area.
Please note that for the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that children are always supervised and do not engage in behavior that could be disruptive or unsafe. We understand that children are excited around the pool area, but for the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that parents ensure their children are supervised and respectful of others while swimming or playing nearby. The pool is a shared space, and our team has a responsibility to ensure it remains safe and enjoyable for everyone.
If you are looking for a more playful environment where kids can enjoy themselves more freely, we would be happy to assist you with arranging tickets for Limnoupolis Water Park, which offers many activities designed especially for children.
Regarding your remarks about breakfast, we must clarify that your statements are inaccurate. Our breakfast service includes a big variety of products, which is consistently appreciated by our guests. All items placed on our buffet are prepared fresh and replenished regularly in accordance with strict hygiene and quality standards. While preferences can vary, spreading untrue information is neither fair nor constructive.
In any case thank you for choosing Pegasus

The pool was good. Breakfast was very basic. Staff was sometimes not friendly. The location was close to a beach. The food in the hotel was terrible.
