Simple but very good

Very nice hotel, simple, but very clean. The cleaning was done daily and really very thoroughly!

Nice hotel but..

Everything was great except the cleaning! When you arrive at 01:00 you don’t want to start cleaning and wiping out drawers because there was still hair and debris everywhere. The floor was also shitty when we arrived, it was well so during the 2 weeks we were at Relax hotel unfortunately, the balcony was also dirty fast because of sand from the beach and I guess the cleaners should remove then they feel reasonable because they are a beach just across the street, but beyond that everything was fine. The location is great, just across the street so is the beach with many beach restaurants and many sun loungers for rent for a few euros which is super convenient. Very many restaurants, shops just 100-500 meters from the hotel. The hotel also has another pool but a new one that wasn’t visible in the pictures and also a new bar with a very nice and kind woman who we have been friends with, where they have different beers at a reasonable price, a bunch of different drinks, shots etc and even happy hour. You can also order some light meals like club sandwiches, salads etc. and also some desserts like chocolate souffles, ice cream etc.

Respectless poor treatment of guests

Disrespectful. We have stayed here for 3 years 4 weeks at a time room 203 and glor right into a wall really bad service and there is no help to pick up never comes back

Disappointing

When we arrived there we noticed that the hotel looked different than what the pictures showed. When we got to our room we found that there was a leak in the ceiling. The leak was sewage water from the room above. The staff didnt try to fix it or give us another room and instead told us to find a different hotel. After a few minutes of discussion they gave us another room. Halfway through the stay we found ants covering the entire kitchen and had contaminated the food we bought. The AC stopped working and they didnt even try to fix it. The staff struggle with understanding english. The only good thing about the staff is the kind woman in the bar. The pool is nice.

Centrally located hotel.

Relax hotel is located on the main street of Agia Marina. A renovated hotel, where most things look nice. However, the plates in the kitchen part did not work, but a double hot plate had been installed there, which had a poor effect. The pool part was less good, with much too deep in a large part of the pool and not enough space around it. Luckily we were able to walk up to the Orion star to their excellent pool and superb pool bar.
