Beautiful

I liked everything! The welcoming and warm staff, the impeccable cleanliness, the comfort of the rooms, the practical facilities, the ideal location in Crete... It was an unforgettable experience. I have trouble forgetting this stay, I will return without hesitation, I promise!
Staff: An exceptional and warm Welcoming upon arrival. The whole team is smiling, caring and always ready to help. It really felt like home.
- Equipment: Everything you need is at your disposal: well-equipped room, functional kitchen, nice pool and perfectly maintained spaces.
- Cleanliness: Perfect! The rooms are clean and clean, whether it is the bedroom, the common areas or the pool.
Comfort: Very comfortable bed, quiet room and well appointed. We were really able to rest and enjoy our stay in peace.
- Value for money: Excellent value for money. For the Service Level, Comfort and Situation, it is really a safe value.
- Geographical location: Ideally located in Crete, close to the beach and all points of interest. It is a perfect location to discover the beauty of the island.

Spotlessly clean , well situated and great sea views.

Excellent studio apartment close to the beach and also close to the centre of the village. Our apartment was at the front of the property and had a sea view. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need including insect screens on windows and doors and mosquito nets over the beds ( which is unusual in Corfu) . There was a small welcome pack which included a bottle of water and a bottle of wine which was very much appreciated on arrival at our apartment late in the evening- There was housekeeping every day and regular fresh towels and linen changes .Noula at San Stefano travel was extremely helpful from my first contact with her through to our transfer back to the airport for our flight home. Will definitely return .

A solid 10/10. Beautiful place to stay. Perfect hosts.

Arrived late. No problem. Welcomed with cold drink.
Studio- Nippingly clean. Serviced daily. Well stocked kitchen. Excellent aircon. Extremely quiet and very effective.
Pool area and gardens- Beautifully maintained. Lovely flowers. Bean bags by the pool and very comfortable sunbeds. Stunning view over Kalatha.
Location- Up a hill overlooking the Bay. 10 minute walk to well stocked shop.
25 minute walk to the beautiful beach. €20 for 2 sunbeds and parasol.
Breakfast- Amazing.
A bowl of chopped fruit.
Cold meats, cheese and salad.
Ham and eggs.
Greek yoghurt and honey.
Pastry.
Pot of coffee.
Freshly squeezed orange juice
A bottle of water. €13.
Snacks available throughout the day.
Equally delicious and good value.
The highlight is Theodosia herself and her family. She is the perfect hostess. Will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Very reasonably priced.
Would return in a heartbeat.

Best host and studio in Greece

Extremely nice woman who is managing the place. Very nice welcoming, always smiling and paying attention to details. Room is worth much more what we payed. Secluded from town but good if you want to rest from noise and connect with nature. Had a room with view on the sea. Much more what we asked for. Mamy thanks and won't hesitate to recommend it to friends.
