Absolutely amazing

A real paradise.
Exceptional hosts who are very caring and provide very good advice to enjoy the surroundings.
The house and the whole property are extremely clean. The location is ideal 10 minutes from Chania. I recommend 200%

Great apartment!!!

Super good apartment! I've been coming here for six years. The "Villa Pefki" has really beautiful, modern apartments and a cool pool. You have peace and quiet in these apartments. It's a bit elevated. "Villa Pefki" is in a great location because you can get to lots of places without having to drive too long. I love it.

The Hell

The apartment on the shady side of the house felt and smelled damp, the terrace and table were dirty. A comment about this did not go down well with the 70 year old owner, causing her to shout that I was ungrateful and that she had no time to clean because she was 70 years old. We immediately left with such a hostile atmosphere.

Don’t underestimate this place !!!

Totally underestimated this place. It is a gorgeous large private villa with several elegant villas scattered throughout the properties. Each villa has about two units. Our unit is two stories, master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and dining area (plus an additional bed) on the main floor and upper floor with a spacious room with two single beds. All five of us slept comfortably. The beds are actually comfortable. Beautifully engineered and designed units. The villa grounds are immaculate, and well maintained. The pool is BEAUTIFUL!!!! Loved how well maintained it is. Tall trees surround the villa. Honestly for what we paid “I was blown away with its beauty”. What makes this place extra special is it’s owners. The family is so welcoming, so caring, truly are happy to have you there. We were meet by the son who right away lead us to our apartment as it was hot and we were tired. The next morning we meet Marily, who insists on offering us coffee and toast with home made jam she’s sooo cute and loving. My kids loved her. She would guide you with many suggestions on how to navigate Chania and much more. You would need a car, the closest grocery is under a mile away. Everything is near by. Chania downtown is a 15 mins drive at max. You’re near many awesome beaches. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again. Beautiful and very memorable experience!!!

Another wonderful stay

I would like to say ditto to June 2017! Everything was spot on again we feel like we are family now ;-) and hope to return year after year. This year was much hotter so we made full use of the splendid pool. Mosquitoes were out in force too so we were very grateful for the plugin mosquito repellents. Thank you for being marvellous hosts and for sharing your luxury home with us
