The location and view are beautiful.

The view is excellent, and it's very close to the harbor. Don't expect too much from breakfast. The bathroom urgently needs renovation. The elevator barely fits one person. The staff are very grumpy. View and location get 4 stars.

It was good... once

Very good location, very nice place.
The hotel seems to have been better once.
The staff was quite friendly, tried hard.
The breakfast, moderate, without much variety and the space was poorly cleaned.
The room is small but with everything you would expect to find. Pretty clean though there was a smell.
He had a torn curtain on the window (trapped by the window).
The bathroom belonged to the last century and with mold and moisture in the joints. The bathroom door was moist at the bottom.
The mini bar empty with 2 bottles of water
Generally moderate, below moderate, urgently needs renovation.

Good spot for one night

We needed a place to stay in Mytilene before driving the next morning to Skala Eressos. Blue Sea was fine. Good harborfront location with a nice balcony and view. Easy to walk to restaurants, grocery store and rental agency to pick up our car.
The room was comfortable, small but functional. Shower stall in the bathrooom was tiny. Also, seemed like there was construction-like noises starting early in the morning.
Breakfast buffet was good.
I woudn't want to stay there for more than one night. It fit the bill for us.
