Some things yes, some things no...

Feelings confronted with this Hotel the truth..
Very good.. the outdoor thermal pool and service (especially Andrei)
Well... not much more positive, maybe breakfast, not bad.
Not convinced.. location.
Bad.. very small rooms, clean and organized, but very very small, no closet, no place to put the suitcase, jacket..
Very bad.. tiny service and on top of that with a shower that runs out the water, that bad..
I wouldn't repeat a stay.

Weekend in Budapest

Rooms are small, poorly located next to the breakfast lounge, so there is noise starting at 6 AM! Average reception.

Do the job for the price

Considering the price, it's okay. Tiny room with a shower that floods everything. We had a room at the back so it was going to be noise-free. The rooms at the front must suffer from tram noise.
Very limited lunch. Not very diverse and not very good.
Sufficient for a few days in citytrip

Good 3-star. It does what it says on the tin. The tram stops right outside. Staff friendly and polite. The only issue we had was noise from the swimming pool, which starts at 6 am. So, this is not a good hotel if you plan to sleep till late. It's perfect if you want to get up early and swim though.
There was some kind of security woman that was annoyed at us because we sat outside to watch the teams train in the evening. There is no indication that this is not allowed and the door from the hotel to the pool is also unlocked. They need to sort this out bcz their staff getting angry at guests is out of order.

Stole our money

The group paid in advance and we booked 20 rooms for two days. On the end we informed them that we will be needing only 18 rooms, due to some illness. We sent them mail, but no answer. On the end we need only 17 rooms, and get only 17 keys. I asked the reception about the rooms and he didn't know anything. hey don't answer on a mail, I tried politely, they have send me policy of terms, but then again we didn't get the 20 keys. It's ok to work in tourism when everything is ok, but for big groups is hard to organise and something like that unprofessionalism has happened only in this hotel in 20 years of my work in tourism.
