Nightclub in the middle of the hotel. Although our room was quiet and we only heard the bass slightly it was a great shock to find a massive night club in the centre of the hotel on arrival.

I stayed at Full Moon Budapest for a week and overall had a good experience.
I stayed on the 2nd floor, facing the street. You can hear some of the music from the nightclub downstairs and feel a little bit of the bass, especially later in the evening, but for me it was not a major problem. The room itself was comfortable enough, and I was able to sleep.
The location is excellent, especially if you want easy access to public transport, the city centre and the Danube. It is very convenient for getting around Budapest.
Just be aware that Morrison’s 2 nightclub is located in the same building, so this probably isn't the best choice if you are very sensitive to light or noise at night.
For me, the combination of the location and the price made it a good choice, and I would recommend it to people who aren’t particularly sensitive to noise and want to be close to everything.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Budapest, and it’s ideal if you want to be close to the main attractions\. However, I wouldn’t stay here again\. The hotel is connected to a busy music bar, so it was extremely noisy every night until 3–5 a\.m\., making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep\. The room was very basic, cleanliness could have been better, and the facilities felt dated\. Breakfast was average, and housekeeping was minimal\. Considering the price I paid for four nights, I expected much better\. If you’re looking for a lively, budget\-style stay, this may suit you, but if you value peace and comfort after a day of sightseeing, I’d recommend looking elsewhere\.

Cheap & clean, but more like a hostel.

Only just out of hostel rating. Rooms were clean, but first entering through a side entrance to find the reception on 2nd floor, definitely doesn’t give a great impression. There was a nightclub at the hotel, it’s advertised as basement so assumed noise would be minimal… very wrong. Yes it’s down done stairs. Into what I imagine was originally a court yard, but the roof was only a marque covering, so noise travelled right through it. Breakfast very basic,
If you’re after Cheap & clean, it’s ok. But I personally wouldn’t go back there.

WARNING: the night club is an open air to courtyard. Make sure you request a room looking on the exterior of the building. The staff arw very helful and we had to change our room twice during our stay of 3nights. If you are there for club, the above might not bother you, but you are traveling with your family make sure you request the right room.
Despite all this, we had an incident where one of the patrons of the night club broke into the hotel and busted our door and walked into our room. We had to sleep with the unlocked door (pushing the furniture against the door because nobody was available to fix the door). We were told that this is thw first tome it bappened (and I believe them because the receptionist was in shock). Nothing happened after but it left us with a a bad impression.
